Includes t-shirt, bib, timed race, and music at the start and finish! Refreshments for all participants. T-shirt size and availability only guaranteed for early registration. Event is rain or shine. Sorry, there are no refunds.
Celebrating 40 years of helping families in need!
Since 1972, Sacramneto Area Emergency Housing Center has become on of the largest providers of shelter and supportive services to homeless families in the Sacramento region. The agency provices emergency, transitional, and permanent supportive housing to families of all structures, as well as single adults.
SAEHC is proud to be Sacramento's first, and currently one of only two shelters, that allows fathers and boys over the age of fourteen to remain with their families. Celebrate fathers everywhere by participaing in the Father's Day Run for Families.

In additon to participating, donate an additional item to support the center.
We will be collecting the following articles at Maidu Park for SAEHC dads on Father's Day:
Diapers, Wipes, Formula, Bottles & Sippy Cups
For the Kids
A free 1/4 mile kid’s race will occur at 8:45. All child runners will receive participation ribbons. 10 and under please. No registration required.
T-Shirt & Bib Number Pickup
Pickup will be available on day of race from 7:30am - 8:30am at Maidu Park.
Awards
Top 3 participants in each age group will receive medals.
Course Map
On the Course
For safety reasons, only strollers and jogging strollers will be allowed on the course with runners and walkers. All bikes, scooters, skateboards, skates, etc., will not be allowed on the race course.
